1. Share Issuance/Transfer Compliance: Assisting with the issue or transfer of shares between residents, non-residents, and foreign companies, including ensuring compliance with FEMA regulations.
2. Regulatory Approvals for STPI, SEZ & EOU (Noida): Obtaining necessary approvals from Development Commissioner (DC), GST, and Customs authorities, ensuring compliance for businesses in Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), Special Economic Zones (SEZ), and Export Oriented Units (EOUs), specifically for Noida.
3. Import Export Code (IEC): Assisting in obtaining the IEC from the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) and handling other customs/excise approvals under the Foreign Trade Policy for duty-free imports.
4. MSME Registration & Advisory: Providing guidance and assistance in obtaining MSME registration, along with advisory on benefits, schemes, and compliance under the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Act.
